These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please e-mail us if there is anything you would like to ask, we will respond to you as quickly as possible. All brand names, product names, titles and images used on this site are trademarks or trade names of their repective holders. No permission is given in repect of use of any of the above, and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders rights. Sex Toys Site and/or their suppliers make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the information contained within this site. There could be technical inaccuracies or typing errors and Sex Toys Site liability is exluded as law permits.
Prices and export guidelines
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, are in British pound sterling as default (unless changed to another currency). Delivery charge is for UK delivery. All orders can be despatched worldwide.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notification. If a pricing error has been made we may honour the price at our own descretion. We will inform you of any changes in price before despatching your order, in the event that you cannot be contacted your order will be cancelled and any payments already processed will be refunded.
Stock Availability
All items shown on this website are currently held in stock. The computer system will automatically remove any items from the database once the last item is sold. In the unlikely event that we do have any problems fulfilling your order we will notify you immediately of the situation and ask how you want to proceed.
Payment
We accept Paypal as payment if you have any problems please contact us.
Trading Restrictions
Before placing an order with us you must be aged 18 years or older.
Limitation of Liability
We do not accept liability to you for any disappointment with any products supplied to you. All goods sold through this site are sold as novelty goods. The vendor Sex Toys Site cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper us.
Returns conditions:
1. Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
4. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Notice is given that free offers and our postage and packaging costs will be accounted for if returned goods take the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.
All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our delivery policy.
All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to us within 3 days of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a 90 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund once outside of our 14 day satisfaction guarantee).
Some of the products featured on the site may vary slightly from the images displayed.
We can not be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.
Material on this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way.
Use of our site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
